- Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Perishable goods (such as pickles or food items) are not eligible for returns unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@manasaampradaaya.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sales@manasaampradaaya.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
